We recently completed our house construction through Olive lifestyle.They did the complete contract of the house.From planning to elevation and till completion they did an excellent work Very friendly, cooperative and responsive team.They were very open and were to ready to rectify any mistakes.The quality of house construction is excellent and I vouch for the team.we are very happy for the final finish including the wood work ,polish , painting,etc.

Like me, most of us have opportunity to construct a house only once in a lifetime. That may be reason, it is called “Dream House” But to make the dream a reality, we have to choose a right people. Luckily with the God’s Grace, I got a very good team under the young and dynamic leadership of Mr. Vivek. Especially for me as an absentee owner, 1000 miles away from the construction site, the entire team has put me at ease by understanding my situation, needs and requirement. We had a lot of discussion about plan and specifications of material to be used in the construction, well before the commencement of work and incorporated every minute details in the agreement which avoided controversies and misunderstanding till the end of the completion of project. They used the quality materials as indicated in the agreement. Normally it is not happening in most of the conventional system of construction. Moreover, they are very accommodative and receptive to suggestions. The in-house expertise available with OLS for various activities like structural designing, preparation of plan, and for interior and elevation works helped me to complete both interior and elevation work in one go, which helped a lot of synchronization of many activities. They have good monitoring and supervision system. Not exaggeration, they are trust worthy and hence I have not interfered and given them a lot of freedom. I glad to thank whole heartedly and profusely all the young and energetic team of OLS especially Mr. Vivek, Mr. Kuppu raj, Mr. Balaji, Madam Parsia, Mr. Selva, Mr. Kiran, Mr. Jeno, Mr. Issac, Mr. Sudhakar, Mr. Kalai, Mr, Gokul, Mr. Tilak and all construction workers who worked day and night to make my dream and beautiful house. Really I got a good relationship with olive life style, initially I thought to construct my house within our budget and with good quality of materials to put in. I blessed to got olive lifestyle construction company to made my dream as successful, good design engineers understand our need and came up with well designed plan, executed as per the plan, frequent site visit happened by Mr. Vivek and Mr. Kuppuraj and cross verified was executed as per the plan, lot of suggestions I got during my journey.
